Note: The Faculty Credentialing Justification (FCJ) form may be used in the same cases to confirm appropriate faculty credentials, as this allows the identification of: alternate courses, industry certifications, workplace experience, etc. that align with course learning outcomes. However, approval of the FCJ form is at the discretion of the appropriate Vice Chancellor.

Faculty with degrees from foreign institutions must have their transcripts and credentials evaluated by a National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) approved organization prior to being employed. Additionally, original documentation of the international evaluation must be submitted to the office of Academic Affairs prior to the first day of work.
